GGD type low-voltage fixed complete set of switchgear is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises as AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, rated current to 3150A distribution system as power, lighting and distribution equipment for power conversion, distribution and control. The product has high breaking capacity and rated short-time withstand current of 50kA. The line scheme is flexible, easy to combine, practical and novel in structure.
This product is one of the representative products of assembled and fixed area switchgear in China.
This product conforms to GB7251 complete set of low voltage switchgear and control equipment, IEC60439 complete set of low voltage switchgear and control equipment and other standards.

Normal use conditions
1. The altitude of the installation and use place shall not exceed 2000m;
2. The surrounding medium temperature is not higher than + 40 ℃, not lower than - 5 ℃, and the average temperature for 24 hours is not higher than + 35 ℃;
3. The indoor relative humidity shall not exceed 90% (when the temperature is 25 ℃);
4. There is no conductive dust and enough gas to corrode metal and damage insulation;

Product model and meaning


Structure introduction
1. The cabinet body of GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is in the form of general cabinet. The frame is made up of 8MF cold-formed section steel by partial welding. The frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the designated section steel manufacturer to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet body. The components of the general cabinet are designed according to the module principle and have 20 mold mounting holes. The high general coefficient can make the factory realize the pre production, which not only shortens the production cycle, but also improves the working efficiency.
2. The design of GGD cabinet fully considers the heat dissipation in the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of heat sink holes at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet are heated, the heat will rise. The air is discharged through the slot holes at the upper end, and the cold is continuously supplemented into the cabinet by the slot holes at the lower end, so that the sealed cabinet body forms a natural ventilation channel from the bottom to the top, so as to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
3. The cabinet door is connected with the frame by the rotary movable hinge, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. The folding edge of the door is embedded with a mountain shaped plastic strip. When the door is closed, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the direct collision between the door and the cabinet body and improve the protection level of the door.
4. The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected with the frame by multi strand soft copper wire, and the whole cabinet forms a complete grounding protection circuit.
