Scope of application
GCS type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is a low-voltage withdrawable switchgear designed and developed by our company to meet the requirements of the majority of design units and power users, which is in line with the national conditions, has high technical performance indicators, can meet the needs of the development of the power market and can compete with the existing imported products. The product has been widely used by power users.
The switchgear is suitable for the power distribution system of power plant, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, textile, high-rise building and other industries. In large-scale power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with high degree of automation and computer interface requirements, as a complete set of low-voltage power distribution device for power generation and supply systems with three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, rated working voltage of 380V (400), (660V), rated current of 4000A and below, centralized control of electric motors, reactive power compensation. Basic form of switchgear (see Figure 1).
This product conforms to GB7251 low voltage switchgear and control equipment, JB / t9661 low voltage withdrawable switchgear, iec60439-1 low voltage switchgear and control equipment.

Model and its meaning


Normal use conditions
1. Ambient air temperature: - 5 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃; daily average temperature shall not be higher than + 35 ℃.
In case of exceeding, the capacity shall be reduced according to the actual situation.
2. Altitude: 2000m and below.
3. Relative humidity: not more than 50% when the maximum temperature is + 40 ℃. A larger relative humidity is allowed when the temperature is lower: for example, 90% when the temperature is + 20 ℃. The influence of condensation due to the change of temperature should be considered.
4. The installation inclination shall not exceed 5 °, and the whole set of cabinet shall be relatively flat (in accordance with GBJ232-82 standard).
5. The switchgear shall be installed in the place without severe vibration, impact and insufficient to make the electrical components free from corrosion.
