ZBW series prefabricated substation is a series of products designed and developed by our company to meet the needs of urban network construction. This series of products is a complete set of distribution equipment which combines medium voltage switchgear, transformer and low voltage distribution equipment according to certain wiring scheme.
This series of pre installed substation is suitable for 12kV, 50Hz rated three-phase AC system, residential quarters, commercial hotels, large construction sites, high-rise buildings, industrial and mining enterprises and temporary construction sites with capacity of 2500kVA or less, ring network power supply and radial terminal power supply.
This series of prefabricated substation has the advantages of compact structure, strong integrity, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, beautiful appearance, etc., with small volume, small floor area, large selectivity, small amount of field installation, short installation height cycle, and moving with the load center.

Use environment
The ambient air temperature shall not exceed + 40 ℃, and the minimum ambient air temperature shall be - 25 ℃;
The altitude is not more than 1000m. If special ordered transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can reach 3000m
The vertical inclination is not more than 5 °, and there is no place with violent vibration and impact;
The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);
No conductive dust, no explosion hazard, no corrosive metal and gas place of electrical components;
Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.

Product design features
1. The shell is designed with reference to foreign advanced technology and according to the actual situation. The utility model has the advantages of firmness, heat insulation and ventilation, good performance, moisture-proof, small animal proof, moisture-proof, beautiful appearance, convenient maintenance, etc. There are many options for housing materials. Such as: aluminum alloy analysis, steel plate, composite plate, stainless steel plate, non-metallic materials (glass fiber cement), etc.
2. Load switch and vacuum circuit breaker are generally used at high voltage side, with complete anti misoperation function. Such as: XGN20-12L sulfur hexafluoride ring network cabinet, HXGN15A, HXGN17 and other ring network switchgear. The transformer can be oil immersed, fully sealed or dry-type, and the low-voltage room equipment can be GGD1 (2, 3).
3. The substation has perfect protection performance, convenient operation, high and low voltage metering options, and can be equipped with automatic no power compensation device according to the user's requirements.
4. the top cover of the box is designed with double-layer structure, and the interlayer is filled with foam plastics, which has good heat insulation function. The high and low voltage rooms are designed with independent top plates, and the transformer room is equipped with anti condensation and automatic temperature control monitoring, heating and cooling devices.
5. The box body adopts natural ventilation, and forced ventilation equipment can also be installed. A dust-proof device is arranged on the position corresponding to the shutter on the outside of the door panel and the side plate.
