HXGN17-12 box type fixed ring high voltage switchgear (hereinafter referred to as ring network cabinet) is a complete indoor distribution device of 6-10KV three-phase AC 50Hz ring network power supply and terminal power supply system. It is mainly used in power distribution places such as factories, mines, residential areas, high-rise buildings, schools, etc. for receiving and distributing electric energy. The ring network cabinet meets the requirements of national standard GB3906 "3-35kv AC metal enclosed switchgear" and international standard IEC298 "AC metal enclosed switchgear and control equipment", and has the "five prevention" interlocking function proposed by two departments.

Environmental conditions for use
1. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m (if it exceeds 1000m, it shall be corrected according to the national standard);
2. Ambient air temperature: upper limit + 40 ℃, lower limit - 25 ℃;
3. Relative humidity: the daily average value is not more than 95%, and the monthly average value is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);
4. There is no place with fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.

Main circuit scheme
There are 67 main circuit schemes of the switch cabinet. However, it does not include derived schemes and specifications due to changes in auxiliary circuit control and protection.
Structural features
According to different installation methods of load switch, it can be divided into side mounted ring network cabinet (see Figure 1) and front mounted ring network cabinet (see Figure 2).
1. Structure of side mounted ring network cabinet (see Figure 1)
The side mounted ring network cabinet is composed of electrical components, cabinet body and interlocking mechanism.
a. Electrical components
Electrical components are mainly composed of FNI2-12 load switch with side mechanism, ISARC load switch of VEI company, LBS or VLBS load switch of LKE company (9), current transformer (12), voltage transformer, high-voltage live display (3), and all are fixed on the cabinet.
b. Cabinet
The cabinet body of side mounted ring network cabinet adopts a fully assembled structure, which is composed of framework (11), top plate, door plate, side sealing plate, etc. the framework, top plate, panel and side sealing plate are all bent by steel plate.
c. Interlocking mechanism
The load switch, grounding switch and front door plate in the ring network cabinet are equipped with interlocking devices, and the operation relationship between them is as follows:
(1) When the load switch is closed, the grounding switch cannot be closed and the front door panel cannot be opened;
(2) When the load switch is opened, the grounding switch can be closed; when the grounding switch is closed, the front door panel can be opened;
(3) When the grounding switch is closed, the load switch cannot be closed and the front door panel can be opened;
(4) When the grounding switch is opened, the load switch can be opened and closed. The front door panel cannot be opened;
(5) In the cable incoming cabinet, when the incoming line is powered, whether the load switch is in the closing or opening position, the electromagnetic lock controls the front door panel to prevent it from opening. (except for emergency unlocking with special key). 2. Structure of ring main unit (see Figure 2)
The positive ring network cabinet is composed of electrical components, cabinet body and interlocking mechanism.
a. Electrical components
Electrical components are mainly FNI2-12 load switch without side operating mechanism. VEI ISARC load switch, LKE LBS or VLBS load switch (8), current transformer (11), voltage transformer, high voltage live display (3), etc.
b. Cabinet
The cabinet body of the front mounted ring network cabinet adopts a fully assembled structure, which is composed of a framework (1o), a top plate, a door plate, a side sealing plate and an operating mechanism (14).
c. Interlocking mechanism
Refer to Article 6.2 for the interlocking mechanism of the ring main unit.
3. Bus
a. The bus can be made of copper bus or aluminum bus.
